From the Beginning
ISC History

In 2008, the founder was an electrical and instrumentation project manager working at the Phillips 66 Refinery. As he moved in to another position, he was able to find an excellent replacement for the position he had left behind because of his network of knowledgeable electricians.

From there, he found passion in helping unite quality candidates with quality companies. With its pristine reputation and industry knowledge, ISC was able to continue partnering with Phillips 66 and has provided hundreds of subject matter experts to its loyal partner. From its humble beginning to now, ISC withholds the same quality and service for both clients and candidates.
